A Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on Monday killed at least one person and injured 10, including students at a dormitory, officials said.
此次袭击发生在深夜，击中了一所教育机构、居民区、一座地铁站和医疗设施。
The late-evening attack hit an educational institution, residences, an underground station and medical facilities.
基辅市长维塔利·克利奇科在Telegram上发文称，一人在一家超市附近丧生。乌克兰国家救援部门表示，在一栋严重受损的公寓楼旁发现一具遗体。
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, writing on Telegram, said one person had been killed near a supermarket. Ukraine's state rescue services said a body was found by a heavily damaged apartment building.

Klitschko put the number of injured at 10, many of them outside a student dormitory at the State Trade and Economics University on the east side of the Dnipro River. Nine people were being treated in hospital, with three in serious condition.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, also writing on Telegram, gave no precise figures for dead and injured.

"For the moment, the number of people is not exactly known," Zelenskyy said. "But, unfortunately, there are casualties. There are injured. Rescue operations are continuing." He repeated his call to eliminate delays in securing air defense arms quickly to counter Russian air attacks.

Earlier in the day, Zelenskyy said Ukraine had been waiting for US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to sign off on critical missile supplies.

Klitschko said explosions shattered windows at two medical facilities. He said two members of an emergency crew had been injured after rushing to the scene of one strike.

Reuters witnesses said a series of explosions jolted the city. They said power had been cut in districts on the east side of the Dnipro River. Moscow has long denied that it targets civilians.
