Scott Perry (R-Pa.), an ally to President Trump, is projected to lose to Democratic opponent Janelle Stelson to flip Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District to blue, according to The Hill’s partner Decision Desk HQ (DDHQ). Perry has held the seat since 2018. Now, Stelson has flipped one of the most highly contested seats in the Keystone State.
