Four civilians from the same family were killed by members of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan’s North Kordofan state, an independent rights group said Friday.
“紧急律师”组织表示，他们记录到周一有一支快速支援部队抵达这家人位于阿尔-马兹鲁布的住所，企图实施抢劫。
The Emergency Lawyers group said that it documented the Monday arrival of an RSF force at the family’s home in Al-Mazroub in an attempt to loot it.
据该组织称，这家人曾反抗抢劫行为，次日该部队再度返回，并杀害了四名家庭成员。
Family members resisted the attempted looting before the force returned the following day and killed four members of the family, according to the group.
“紧急律师”组织谴责此次杀戮是“对生命权的严重侵犯”，并指出在缺乏问责机制的情况下，此类事件凸显出平民及其财产面临的危险。
The Emergency Lawyers group condemned the killings as a “grave violation of the right to life” and said they reflect the risks posed by continued attacks on civilians and their property amid a lack of accountability.
该组织呼吁开展独立且透明的调查，追究肇事者责任，并采取措施保护平民及其财产。目前快速支援部队尚未对此事作出回应。
The group called for an independent and transparent investigation, accountability for those responsible, and measures to protect civilians and their property. There was no immediate comment by the RSF.
苏丹医生网络于10月3日称，快速支援部队在北科尔多凡的乌姆巴德尔杀害了25名平民，但该组织并未对此次事件发表评论。
The Sudan Doctors Network said on Oct. 3 that 25 civilians were killed by RSF forces in Umm Badr in North Kordofan. The group did not comment on that allegation.
近期，苏丹军队在与快速支援部队交火后，在北科尔多凡大部分地区取得了进展。目前军队已基本控制该州，仅乌姆巴德尔和贾布拉谢赫等少数地区仍由快速支援部队掌控。
The army has recently made broad advances in much of North Kordofan following clashes with the RSF. The army is approaching control of most of the state, while a few areas, including Umm Badr and Jabra al-Sheikh, remain under RSF control.
自10月25日起，苏丹的北科尔多凡、西科尔多凡和南科尔多凡三州均爆发了军队与快速支援部队之间的战斗。
Sudan’s three Kordofan states – North, West, and South – have witnessed fighting between the army and RSF since Oct. 25.
自2023年起，苏丹便陷入军队与快速支援部队之间的战争，冲突起因是军队整合事宜存在分歧，至今已导致数万人丧生，1300万人流离失所。
Sudan has been engulfed in a war between the army and RSF since 2023 about disagreements related to integrating the military establishment, leaving tens of thousands dead and displacing 13 million people.
