新加坡：新加坡贸工部周五（10月30日）表示，由新加坡公司交易的液化天然气（LNG）通常直接从来源国运往目的地，实际上并不经过新加坡。
SINGAPORE: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) traded by Singapore-based companies is usually shipped directly from its source country to its destination without physically passing through Singapore, the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (METI) said on Friday (Oct 30).
此前，据当地媒体报道，印尼能源与矿产资源部长巴利尔·拉哈达利亚表示，一些从印尼运往新加坡的LNG随后被转售到其他国家，而非用于国内消费。新加坡贸工部是在此之后作出上述澄清的。
The clarification follows remarks by Indonesian Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia, who suggested that some LNG shipped from Indonesia to Singapore was subsequently resold to other countries rather than used for domestic consumption, according to local media reports.
巴利尔周四在雅加达与总统普拉博沃·苏比安托会面后对记者表示，印尼已向新加坡运送了148船LNG。他没有说明这些货物是在什么时间段内运送的。
Speaking to reporters on Thursday after a meeting with President Prabowo Subianto in Jakarta, Mr Bahlil said Indonesia had shipped 148 LNG cargoes to Singapore. He did not specify the period over which the cargoes were shipped.
据当地媒体《雅加达环球报》和安塔拉通讯社报道，巴利尔表示，他认为其中一些货物很可能被转售到其他国家，其余则用于满足新加坡的国内需求。
He said he believed some of these cargoes were likely resold to other countries, with the rest used to meet Singapore's domestic demand, local media Jakarta Globe and Antara reported.
据《雅加达环球报》报道，巴利尔没有提供证据指明哪些具体货物被再出口。
Mr Bahlil did not provide evidence identifying specific shipments that had been re-exported, Jakarta Globe reported.

A METI spokesperson on Friday noted that Singapore is an international trading hub, including for LNG.
该部表示，超过50家新加坡公司从全球市场（包括印尼）购买、营销和交易LNG资源，并补充说这些公司的主要来源市场包括美国、澳大利亚和马来西亚。
More than 50 Singapore-based companies buy, market and trade LNG sources from markets globally, including Indonesia, the ministry said, adding that top source markets for these companies include the US, Australia, and Malaysia.

“While Singapore-based traders make the commercial decisions relating to the cargo, the actual LNG cargo usually moves from source to destination country directly and does not physically pass through Singapore,” METI told CNA.
“从印尼进口的管道天然气用于国内消费，而非出口。”印尼于10月24日开始减少对新加坡的管道天然气出口，将供应转用于满足国内能源需求。
“Piped natural gas imported from Indonesia is for domestic use, and not for export.”Indonesia began reducing piped natural gas exports to Singapore on Oct 24, with supplies diverted to meet domestic energy needs.
新加坡能源市场管理局（EMA）表示，削减量约为每天170亿英热单位，持续18天，占新加坡每日天然气需求的2%以下。
Singapore's Energy Market Authority (EMA) said the reduction amounted to about 17 billion British thermal units per day over 18 days, representing less than 2 per cent of Singapore's daily gas demand.
总理黄循财于10月25日表示，新加坡期望各方遵守商业合同下的承诺。巴希尔周四为印尼的决定进行辩护，称削减量仍在现有协议规定的最低供应限度之内。他说，印尼并未违反合同义务。
Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said on Oct 25 that Singapore expected all parties to honour their commitments under commercial contracts Mr Bahlil on Thursday defended Indonesia's decision, saying the reduction remained within the minimum supply limits stipulated in existing agreements. He said Indonesia had not breached its contractual obligations.
