The death toll from Russian airstrikes on the settlement of Komyshuvakha in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region has risen to 24, with five others injured, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.

On US social media platform X, the ministry said Russian forces repeatedly struck a school where local residents regularly gathered to receive humanitarian aid.
外交部说，在最初的袭击之后，俄军又向躲避避难的人员投掷了9枚航空炸弹。
Following the initial attack, Russian forces dropped nine additional aerial bombs on a shelter where people had taken refuge, it said.
“俄罗斯知道平民聚集在那里领取人道主义援助，却同时袭击了该建筑和人们避难的掩体，”外交部说。
“Russia knew that civilians had gathered there to receive humanitarian aid. Yet it attacked both the building and the shelter where people had sought safety,” the ministry said.
外交部呼吁国际社会作出更强有力的回应，包括加大对莫斯科的施压并继续支持乌克兰。
The ministry called for a stronger international response, including increased pressure on Moscow and continued support for Ukraine.
乌克兰总统泽连斯基表示，搜救行动和寻找幸存者的工作正在进行中，并向遇难者家属表示哀悼。泽连斯基说，应急服务部门和军事人员正在现场搜寻。俄罗斯尚未就乌克兰的指控发表评论。
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said rescue operations and the search for survivors were ongoing, extending his condolences to the families of those killed. Emergency services and military personnel were searching the site, Zelenskyy said. Russia has yet to comment on Ukraine’s claims.
