Results from the Pacific island are reported well ahead of most US races, as Guam is 15 hours ahead of New York and has already entered Wednesday. Alicia Limtiaco defeats incumbent James Moylan Democratic challenger Alicia Limtiaco unseated Republican incumbent James Moylan, securing 51 percent of the vote compared with his 49 percent, according to Daily Mail.
