Rob Bresnahan, Ryan Mackenzie and Scott Perry are the key Pennsylvania lawmakers to watch, while Tom Barrett and Bill Huizinga are the GOP incumbents who will be in focus in Michigan. The race to fill the seat currently held by Rep. John James, the GOP candidate for Michigan governor, is also critical.
