Türkiye's Communications Directorate on Friday held the Turkic World Dialogue Forum as part of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in the Turkish capital Ankara.
通讯局局长布哈内丁·杜兰在土耳其社交媒体平台NSosyal上表示：“论坛讨论了突厥世界的共同历史、传播领域的合作以及未来的共同目标。”
“The forum addressed the Turkic world's shared history, cooperation in communications, and common goals for the future,” Communications Director Burhanettin Duran said on Turkish social media platform NSosyal.
杜兰说：“在土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安的领导下，土耳其一直是、并将继续是突厥世界共同征程的一部分。”
“Under the leadership of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Türkiye has been and will continue to be part of the Turkic world's common journey,” Duran said.
他还说：“在我们按照《突厥世界愿景2040》推进合作的同时，我们也必须加强我们的共同语言、集体记忆和传播能力。”
“As we advance our cooperation in line with the Turkic World Vision 2040, we must also strengthen our common language, collective memory and communication capacity,” he added.
他还表示：“确保人工智能模型以用我们自己的语言制作、基于我们自己资源的高质量内容进行训练，对于以我们自己的声音和价值观塑造关于突厥世界的叙事具有战略重要性。”
“Ensuring that artificial intelligence models are trained on high-quality content produced in our own language and based on our own resources is of strategic importance in shaping the narrative about the Turkic world through our own voice and values,” he also said.
杜兰表示，在数字时代打击虚假信息也是他们的共同责任之一，并补充说：“我们必须把针对突厥世界的虚假信息的事实核查工作，从个人的机构责任转变为共同的反射性反应。”
Duran said combating disinformation in the digital age is also among their shared responsibilities, adding: “We must turn fact-checking efforts against disinformation targeting the Turkic world from an individual institutional responsibility into a common reflex.”
他提到突厥国家组织成员国的多个首都，并补充说：“能够从巴库（阿塞拜疆）、塔什干（乌兹别克斯坦）、阿斯塔纳（哈萨克斯坦）和安卡拉以同等速度回应源自比什凯克（吉尔吉斯斯坦）的虚假信息运动，应成为我们在此领域合作的关键目标之一。”
Mentioning several capitals of Organization of Turkic States member countries, he added: “Being able to respond with equal speed from Baku (Azerbaijan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Astana (Kazakhstan), and Ankara to a disinformation campaign originating in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) should be one of the key goals of our cooperation in this field.”
