吉尔吉斯斯坦总统萨德尔·扎帕罗夫周五表示，在土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安的领导下，土耳其在国际舞台上的声誉不断提升。
Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said on Friday that Türkiye is enhancing its reputation on the international stage under the leadership of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
扎帕罗夫在土耳其首都安卡拉举行的第十三届突厥国家组织峰会上发表讲话，对土耳其总统主办此次峰会以及给予的热情接待表示感谢。
Addressing the 13th summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the Turkish capital Ankara, Japarov extended his gratitude to his Turkish counterpart for hosting the OTS leaders’ summit and for his warm hospitality.
扎帕罗夫说：“在您富有远见的领导下，土耳其不断在政治、经济、军事、技术及其他领域取得重大成就，国际舞台上的声誉持续提升。”
“Under your visionary leadership, Türkiye continues to enhance its reputation on the international stage by achieving significant successes in the political, economic, military, technological, and other spheres,” Japarov said.
扎帕罗夫表示，吉尔吉斯斯坦赞赏土耳其为在中东建立持久和平所提出的倡议，并指出在阿塞拜疆担任轮值主席国期间，各方“高度重视”加强突厥国家组织内部的合作。
Japarov stated that Kyrgyzstan appreciates Türkiye's initiatives aimed at establishing lasting peace in the Middle East, and noted that “great importance” has been placed on enhancing cooperation within the OTS under Azerbaijan’s chairmanship.
扎帕罗夫说：“我相信，土耳其担任轮值主席国将为我们的共同努力提供新的动力，并有助于进一步扩大我们互利共赢的合作。”他表示，吉尔吉斯斯坦愿支持旨在推进突厥国家组织活动的各项倡议。
“I believe that Türkiye’s term presidency will provide new momentum to our joint efforts and contribute to the further expansion of our mutually productive cooperation,” Japarov said, noting his country’s readiness to support initiatives aimed at advancing the OTS’ activities.
他还提议于2027年8月5日至6日在吉尔吉斯斯坦举行突厥国家组织非正式峰会，认为这将为深化合作和推进联合项目创造新的机遇。
He also proposed that an informal summit of the OTS be held in Kyrgyzstan on Aug. 5-6, 2027, which he argued would create new opportunities to deepen cooperation and address joint projects.
扎帕罗夫还表示，在当前地缘政治和经济格局变化之际，突厥国家组织的重要性日益上升。他指出，各成员国的地理位置、经济能力和自然资源为扩大合作创造了有利条件。
Japarov added that the importance of the OTS is growing amid geopolitical and economic shifts currently underway, stating the geographical locations, economic capabilities and natural resources of their nations create favorable conditions to expand cooperation.
他强调需要扩大交通和物流领域的合作，并补充说：“通过里海将中吉乌铁路连接到‘中部走廊’，对提升突厥国家的过境潜力具有重要意义。”贾帕罗夫还指出，吉尔吉斯斯坦拥有巨大的水电能源潜力和广阔的可再生能源开发前景，并补充称该国目前仅利用了约15%的水电潜力。
He stressed the need to expand cooperation in the fields of transport and logistics, adding: “Connecting the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway to the 'Middle Corridor' via the Caspian Sea is of great importance for enhancing the transit potential of the Turkic states." Japarov also highlighted that Kyrgyzstan possesses significant hydroelectric energy potential and extensive prospects for the development of renewable energy sources, adding that only 15% of the country’s hydroelectric potential is currently being utilized.
